Even rain cannot dampen the spirits of Falcon Ridge. A

2004
May 2004: Susquehanna Music & Arts Festival The 'Dome made its first trip to a festival other than FRFF, and kept us shielded from the elements on a very chilly Saturday night while we made hot drinks before heading to a Song Circle in one of the resort cabins, which was even warmer.
July 2004: Falcon Ridge '04 was marked by unpredictable and violent weather. Amid tornado reports, buffeting wind gusts took down the shower enclosure the Tuesday before the festival started, but Steve retrieved it (from the vendor area near Main Stage) and put it back together. On Friday there were drenching rains and high winds, and it took several of us pulling on the guide ropes to keep the 'Dome tarp from blowing away, while others kept rainwater funnelling off the sags in the "roof" and away from the sheltered area. It survived better than many people's tents, and was able to host performances that night in relatively dry and warm conditions.

Lori and Steve added the shower with propane-fueled water-heater, shower enclosure, a two-person folding camp couch, and air chair. Other people brought camp couches, so the seating situation improved.

Debut of the Budgiedome
The structure took most of the afternoon for 4 people to assemble, with a few others chipping in their efforts at times. With subsequent practice, we have reduced this time to around 1 hour, and in a pinch it can be set up by Steve and a couple of teenagers.
Neal Shankman provided a solar shower.
A big thanks goes to Russell Wolff for inviting people to play at the Budgiedome.
We got a shout-out from Moxy Früvous on the main stage:
Camp Fruvous is their name
Camp Fruvous, a little insane
Camp Fruvous, they're out in the fields
Camp Fruvous, SWARMING THE NIELDS!!!
